Yuki Kitchen is admired for its small space that pack plenty of punch: 9 seats with a semi-open, super-equipped kitchen. You can overlook the kitchen from the dining room and observe us—juggling around prep stations, celebrating our heritage through food, and living an experience through taste.
Mama Yuki is the quiet soul who works diligently against our loud kitchen hood, the gentle strength that reminds us to bring our very best selves to the kitchen. She is known for cooking with honesty, often adding extra ingredients of love, joy and gratitude, with a dash of humility. She loves involving her children in the process, too.
Papa Park adores all life-sustaining tools that emblem strength, such as hammer-forged knives and hand-hammered steel woks. He craves quality ingredients and appeals for refined recipes. He has a taste for broccoli but disapproves any menus that carry them, and is underwhelmed by wagyu beef. To break his heart, simply paint over a piece of raw solid wood.
